- Creek Hollow Cabins & RV Park reserves the right to refuse entry to unacceptable rigs.
- Creek Hollow Cabins & RV Park reserves the right to terminate guest's stay at any time.
- 1 night's rent due at reservation.
- Balance of payment is due upon registration
- All visitors must register with Manager on duty.
- $20 per extra person per night for each unregistered guest
- Fireworks, firearms & BB guns prohibited
- The park pool and hot tub are for the use of registered guests only.
- Speed limit is 5 mph at all times.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in swimming pool and bathrooms.
- WE REGRET THAT WE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN IN PARK HOT TUB EVEN UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION.
- Pets on leashes at all times and please clean-up after them.
- Management reserves the right to inspect hook-ups.
- Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at any time and will result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
- Check-in is 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out for ALL guests is 11:00 a.m.
- No refunds for early departure.
- The deposit (first night stay) is charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.
- Your deposit is refundable less $25.00 if a cancellation is received no later than 7 days prior to date of arrival.
- Quiet time is 10:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m.
- All cabin rental rates are subject to state (6%) and local (4%) tax.
- All short-term R.V. and tent sites are subject to a local (5%) tax.
